The Inspector General (IG) is a department within Van Metre Companies that acts as the eyes and ears for the Van Metre Owners. Their main goal is to ensure that each apartment community is consistently responsive and responsible in their service to customers. They accomplish this by inspecting move in ready apartments for cleanliness and functionality, grading them on a scale from 1-10. Van Metre strives to provide you a home deemed “A PERFECT 10!”
Providing the highest quality customer service is a top priority for Van Metre Companies. That’s why the IG department distributes surveys to residents asking them to rate the quality of the community’s management and maintenance services on a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the highest score. This “E1” satisfaction survey is distributed throughout our residents’ tenancy with us. We appreciate our residents’ participation in the survey as it ultimately helps us ensure that the customer receives the highest level of quality product and overall satisfaction. Why 5? Why not?
The Community Captain program is unique to Van Metre and is designed so that each leasing consultant and maintenance technician is assigned a section of the community, acting as the customer service liaison. It allows the resident to build a relationship with a specific person in the office so they always have a familiar and friendly face to turn to. Your Community Captain will be in contact with you from move in day, to the day you move out – and any day in between. This way we are always able to give you 100%!
Van Metre Companies offers the Renter Rewards program where you can apply a portion of your current lease payments towards the purchase price of a new Van Metre Home!
