I have had no problems whatsoever with the Van Metre Staff. I moved into a 1 BR back in August, and then transferred to a 2BR once my family joined me from Michigan in January, and the process was handled perfectly. The management staff handled all of my requests, and answered my questions and concerns almost immediately. Everything was done completely to my satisfaction.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received throughout the leasing and move-in process, and have been equally pleased during the entirety of my stay at Broadlands Apartments. Prince Sharma assisted me throughout the leasing process, and Saliq Ali Khawar picked up all aspects of responsibility for my move-in and overall service after I signed the lease. Both were/have been friendly, professional, and responsive. I have only positive things to say about their service and the community as a whole.
